PBcom Tower

 Bank of the Philippines Tower of Communications is more commonly known as PBCom. The Tower is officially ranked skyscraper office as the second tallest building in the Philippines. It was previously the tallest building in the Philippines with its name going from 2000 until the completion of the Federal Land Tower in early 2017.It includes a total architectural height of 259 meters (850 feet), with 52 stories including the tower. The 8-level radio is a joint development of Filinvest Asia Corporation (FAC) and Philippine Bank of Communications (Pbcom). The building is the home of PBCom, one of the oldest banks in the Philippines. The bank occupies the first ten floors of the building, with a food court on the 7th floor.

 The PBCom Tower was designed by local architecture firm GF & Partners Architects in collaboration with international architects Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, LLP; And structural design is provided by local engineering firm Aromin & Sy + Associates.Project and construction management services are provided by IA Campbell & Associates, a Philippines based project management company [1] while construction work is performed by Samsung Engineering & Construction.  The double glazed exterior curtain wall is an aluminum frame with massive lighting effects, creating a facade that reflects a blend of art and function. It has an elegant interior with glass, natural stone and metal. The landscape garden in the stepped plinth also enhances the natural effect of the building design.
