The tower sits on an area of 15 hectares in the city center. It has an area of 140,028 sq m. The tower has 48 floors above the ground which consists only of offices and 2 basement floors used for parking. The tower has 23 elevators that can reach speeds of 360 mpm in the ultra-high speed version.
Wisma 46 is the tallest existing building in the world, 358 when measured up to the roof of the tower, its height is 228 m, and when it reaches the roof of the ground floor it is only 200 m.
The building has a modern design and also has a unique look that is curved like a pen and is covered with rectangular patterned glass. This square window pattern is crossed by three rectangular windows. This skyscraper is one of Jakarta's symbols after the Tugu Monas.
